Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies Deposit & Confirmation All deposits are non-refundable. The reservation is only confirmed after full payment is received. Cancellations & No-Show No-shows result in 100% charge with no refund. Cancellations are also non-refundable. Name Changes Name changes must be requested at least 72 hours in advance, in writing. Age Requirement & ID Guests must be 18 years or older. A valid government-issued ID is required upon boarding. Behavior & Cleanliness No smoking, vaping, or eating inside the vehicle. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service without refund. A $300 USD cleaning fee will be charged for vomiting or excessive mess. Damage & Responsibility Guests are financially responsible for damages caused. The company is not liable for mechanical failures but will try to compensate for lost time. If denied entry to a venue for intoxication or bad behavior, no refund is provided. Media & Promotion By booking, you agree that photos/videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes. Safety & Risk Acknowledgement Guests must follow all safety instructions from staff. Booking implies acceptance of risks related to nightlife and alcohol. General Terms Stops and venues may change without notice. The company may cancel or deny service due to policy violations. Booking implies full acceptance of these terms. Daños y Responsabilidad Los clientes son responsables por los daños que causen. La empresa no se responsabiliza por fallas mecánicas, pero intentará compensar el tiempo perdido.
