Terms and Conditions: Thank you for choosing Islander Party Bus PC, All deposits are nonrefundable. Please check that all information in your confirmation is correct. Islander Party Bus PC is not responsable for an incorrect itinerary once the agreement has been signed and returned. We can not guarantee that the requested changes outside the original agreement will be accepted. If you need to make any changes after making your reservation, please notify the reservations department Islander Party Bus PC as soon as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.

 

Cancellations:

• If not present at the scheduled time will result in 100% loss of your ballot, and no refunds of any kind will be given.

• Cancellations made will result in the loss of 100%.

• Tickets can not be to another name of individuals without 72 hours notice and must be requested in writing.  Please send requests to info@partybuspc.com.

• DO NOT give refunds.

• Only guaranteed reservations will be confirmed once and paid 100% of the total.

• Must be 18 years or older or authorization written and signed by a responsible adult. (Please request form)

• Do not eat or smoke (including cigarette vapor) in vehicles.

• Official ID required.

• If you do not obey all the guidelines of the tour and asked to leave by your host will not be given a refund of any kind.

• During the tour the hosts take pictures throughout the night as a courtesy but the images are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for mechanical errors in vehicles.

• Bus Islander PC Party has the right to refuse service if: a) Intoxicated arrive before entry. b.) Intoxicated during the course of the tours and are considered a rebel by any staff member Islander Party Bus PC. No refunds or credits will be issued in this case.

• Islander Party Bus PC is not responsible for entry denied by local staff due to over poisoning, faulty identification or misbehavior. No refunds or credits in this case.

• Islander Party Bus PC is not responsible if you can not reach your scheduled time meeting.

• All locations are subject to change. Our main goal is to make our customers visit nightclubs with alcohol and do everything possible to achieve it.

• If a customer gets sick, like vomiting in the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged immediately.

• Drinks in places are not supplied by Islander Party Bus PC. They are not our responsibility.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicles. Please take your belongings with you when you leave.

• The tour ends at the last. No transportation back unless arranged prior to a vehicle.

The customer is responsible for vomiting and / or failure to comply with the smoking policy of the company and will be charged a cleaning fee payable immediately US $300.00 Islander Party Bus to PC.
